“Perfect for parties and functionsWe would highly recommend the Gables, we had my son 1st birthday party here on Sunday. Everything was perfect, the food was delicious as always, the staff were so helpful and friendly, nothing was a bother to them, esp considering how busy they were, they took it all in there stride.. “Amazing restaurant, food, service and ambience simply great!!!!Visited the restaurant with the family for dinner on Friday night. We didn’t have a booking and the restaurant was busy but we were quickly put on a table in the middle of the restaurant. The decoration is beautiful, the music very pleasant and service was great. I unfortunately couldn’t try everything on the menu (trust me I would if I could) but I would highly recommend the seafood chowder and arancini balls for starter. For mains, the fillet of hake, the lamb and pork belly were all incredible (yes, I had a taste of everyone’s food). Really, the food deserves international awards, the presentation, the textures and flavors of the food deserves an extra recognition. On top of that, the service was brilliant. The manager came to check in with us a couple of times and was very attentive to our requests. I’m very happy we visited the restaurant and would definitely come back at anytime.”
